How Sivera Global handles website and sourcing-enquiry data.
Last updated: 28 October 2026
Who we are
Sivera Global ("we", "us"), a sole trader trading as Sivera Global, of 167, The Barrington Building, Cherrywood, Dublin 18, D18 KHF2, Ireland, is the data controller for personal data you provide through this website.
Contact sales@siveraglobal.ie or +353 899 797 193 about this notice or your data.
What we collect and why
We use your name, email address, company (if provided), optional phone number, sourcing category, enquiry details and reference to understand and respond to your request. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). For someone enquiring on behalf of a business, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).
Name and email are required by the form; company, phone and notes are optional. Please do not include sensitive personal data in your brief. The contact acknowledgement is not consent to unrelated marketing.
When the enquiry backend is configured, pressing the request button sends your details to our Cloud Function. If email delivery is enabled, an enquiry notification is sent to our inbox. If delivery is not enabled, the confirmation tells you to share the brief through WhatsApp instead. No enquiry database is used.
Without backend configuration, the form only prepares a draft in page memory. It is not submitted. Downloads are created locally; draft details are lost when you reload or close the page.
WhatsApp is optional. Opening a pre-filled WhatsApp link passes the included details to WhatsApp in the link before you press Send. You can review the message before sending it. WhatsApp handles this data under its privacy policy.
Service providers and international transfers
We do not sell your data. The services used by the website and configured enquiry flow include:
- Google Firebase Hosting and Cloud Functions: website delivery and enquiry processing. The function is configured for europe-west2 (London, United Kingdom), not an EU region. Hosting and service logs may include IP addresses and request metadata.
- Google reCAPTCHA v3 / Firebase App Check: abuse prevention, initialised when you submit a configured enquiry form. Google may process device, browser, IP and interaction information and use cookies or similar technologies. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in securing the enquiry service (Article 6(1)(f)). See Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- Resend: enquiry email delivery when enabled. Notification emails and replies are retained in the relevant email service.
Images and brand fonts are served with the site, without external image or font requests. The site does not add analytics or advertising tools, and application code does not save enquiry fields in browser storage. Provider logs and security technologies are separate from the draft held in page memory.
Providers may process data outside Ireland and the EEA, including in the UK and United States. Applicable safeguards depend on the provider and destination, including adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses where required. Contact us for information about the safeguards applicable to your enquiry.
If you engage us to source products, relevant brief details may be shared with manufacturers in India as needed to handle your request, under agreed sourcing terms and applicable data protection requirements. Confidentiality never overrides legally required customs, traceability or regulatory disclosures.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, or until you ask us to delete them, unless longer retention is necessary for legal or tax purposes. Client records follow the buyer contract and applicable legal obligations. Provider logs and backups follow the relevant provider's retention arrangements.
Automated decisions
Security checks may reject suspected automated requests. We do not use enquiry data for profiling or automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. If a security check blocks your enquiry, contact us by email or phone.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions in GDPR, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Contact sales@siveraglobal.ie. We normally respond within one month; where the law permits an extension, we will explain it within that month. We may need to verify your identity.
You may complain to Ireland's Data Protection Commission. Its website provides current contact details and complaint guidance.
